General
requirements include the overall, administration, and performance
of PMO crime records and police administration services in support
of Fort Hood, III Mobile Armored Corps, and other tenant organizations
IAW AR 5-9 policies and other applicable publications. The contractor
provides crime records, police administration, clerical, quality
control and customer service to the installation and surrounding
agencies.
PCSI
prepare's accurate and timely Military Police Reports, which are
the most sensitive and highest priority missions. The protection
or citizens, soldiers, and family members rights and the success
or failure of prosecution rely heavily upon the PMO's ability to
produce timely and accurate Military Police Reports (MPRs).
Construct,
edit, review and analyze approximately 10,000 unedited and uncoded
MP and Criminal Investigation Division (CID) reports and supplemental
documents per year. Create, process, track, control, follow-up,
edit and input approximately 6,000 DA Form 4833 (Report of Commander's
Disciplinary Action Taken) per year. This includes the processing
of DA Form 4833's for the Active U S Army, National Guard Reserve,
U S Air Force, Navy, U S Marines, family dependents and civilians.
PCSI inputs over 20,000 Traffic Ticket/Warning citations and registering
and purging approximately 5000 privately owned weapons annually.
