Food
Services:
PCSI services over 3 million meals to our military personnel each
year. We operate Food Service Dining Facility Attendant jobs for
13 US Army Active dining facilities providing service for up to
350,000 meals per month. We employ from 300 to 625 personnel, depending
on the Army's mission, 94% of those individuals have disabilities.
Use
Vans that drive approximately 11,000 miles per month, to pick up
employees with disabilities who could not otherwise get to and from
work.

Site Food Service Dining Facility Attendant jobs for deploying US
Army Reserves and National Guards providing service for up to 5200
meals per day
We
provide necessary supervision, personnel, supplies and equipment
to perform contingency cook and mess attendant duties to include
the following: cleaning facilities, equipment and utensils, preparing
and replenishing beverages, condiments, pastry / dessert preparation,
busing tables, performing cashier services, handling foods, supplies
and equipment and maintaining quality control. Other duties include,
cooking, serving, replenishing food, grounds policing, and performing
janitorial services. During the past year we have had up to ten
facilities performing this service at the same time.
During
the past two years we have supported the deployment of thousands
of troops to Iraq and their return. We also had to support the Reservists
who filled in and trained to replace these troops.
At
present PCSI supports ten (10) dining facilities with Dining Facility
Attendant services, feeding approximately 202,800 meals per month
or 2,433,600 meals per year.
