Services:
At Schriever Air Force Base, a 22 building complex, PCSI received the Environmental Excellence through Pollution Prevention Award in September 2004, a base-wide landmark especially for custodial services. We have the highest rate of customer satisfaction, per past performance of any other contractor. The contracting officer and QAE have stated this is the best contractor the base has ever seen. Security requirements at Schriever Air Force Base include a National Agency Check (NAC). Schriever Air Force Base has very high security guidelines and restrictions. Schriever Air Force Base houses the Masters of Space AF squadrons and prioritizes physical security above all other regulations. Some areas are classified and can only be cleaned during special hours of the day. In some areas custodial employees must escorted while they clean. All employees are required to wear a badge. In Marfa, Texas PCSI performs landscape and custodial services to the Texas Department of Transportation service buildings in the Marfa Sector, spanning over a 600 mile radius in this West Texas region. Our buildings range from 10,000sqft to 30,000sqft and also include up to three acres of landscape maintenance per location. Throughout Texas, TxDot has been our customer for over six years with new contracts developing in various regions primarily due to our reputation as quality service providers and fair market pricing. Of the eight locations in this area, the two largest stations in Texas are Alpine and Sierra Blanca. The Sierra Blanca station sits on 18 acres and includes dog kennels, 10,000 sq. ft. horse stables, motor pools, Helipads, a 30,000 square foot full service station housing 300 agents all of which PCSI provides services to. The Alpine station is similar in size, design and capacity. WE also do the custodial services at The Laredo Travel Information Center which is located 18 miles north of the US/Mexico border. This TIC is also referred to as the mini-Taj Majal, due to its elaborate design, layout and exotic colors. The TIC is critical to a positive image and impression of the state of Texas to its visitors. The custodial services performed keep this location looking as good as its first day of induction. The TIC has been the focus of media coverage on several occasions as a promotion mechanism for the city of Laredo. Another department in the Laredo area we do services for is the Department of Home and Security, formerly known as the US Border Patrol is a sector which spans over 400 miles. PCSI services 16 locations which vary from small traffic checkpoints to full service stations. Our largest station, know as McPherson North houses over 350 agents, 24/7 operation and K-9 Kennels are included in a 5000 square foot facility. We perform services to the parking lots, k-9 kennels, prisoner cells, agent offices, common areas, surveillance rooms, motor pools. |
