Services
From
that humble beginning in 1996, with three employees, PCSI has grown
to over 40 Federal and State contracts, in three states, employing
over 700
employees with sales over $25 Million annually. Our range of experience
covers: Hospital Housekeeping, Full Facilities Maintenance, Grounds
& Landscaping Maintenance, Janitorial & Custodial Maintenance,
Food Services, Data Entry, Warehouse Operations, Administration
Services, Mobile Lighting Maintenance and HVAC Filter Replacement.
Hospital
Housekeeping: The Professional Contract Services Inc.'s
Hospital Health Care Housekeeping Services contract for Fort Carson,
Co began in May 2001. It provides for all hospital housekeeping
services for a ten building complex over 600,000 sq. ft. All services
must be in compliance with Joint Commission on Accreditation of
Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).
Vehicle Operations and Maintenance: PCSI provides all levels of maintenance on 450 Wheeled Tactical Vehicles and over 800 General Purpose and Special Purpose vehicles and conduct Oil Analysis for all vehicles. We manage, operate, maintain, and repair 1250 vehicles of all types assigned to Tinker AFB using the NISH Fleet “Best Practices Model”. PCSI conducts vehicle analysis for utilization, Taxi and U-Drive-It dispatches, Bus routes and usage as well as requests for new vehicles. We manage the vehicle control function as well as maintain and perform the Registered Equipment Management System (REMS) function for all registered and serial numbered items for vehicle and equipment utilization on Tinker. PCSI provides transportation for an estimated 21 Annual events up to 24 hours a day.
Facilities
Maintenance: Professional Contract Services Inc. has two
full facilities contracts which include Facilities Maintenance/Other
Support Services at the Air Base Ground Defense Campus Training
Site, Camp Bullis, TX and Operations and Maintenance and Engineering
Services at Buckley AFB Annex. PCSI has several maintenance trades
working in these full facility contracts including: HVAC Technicians,
Electricians, Alarm Techs, Painters, Carpenters, Locksmith, Plumber/Pipe
fitters, Grounds Maintenance workers, Janitorial, Stationary Engineer,
General Maintenance workers, Engineering Technicians, Resource Managers,
Quality Control and Administrative personnel. PCSI operates and
maintains two Maintenance Management System (MMS) and an Energy
Management and Controls System (EMCS). PCSI operates and maintains
a 31 MMBTU heating plant, 1900 Ton chiller plant, 2300 kW emergency
power plant, and a 750 kVA uninterrupted power supply system. PCSI
provides complete maintenance and repair of all utilities, fire
alarm and suppression systems, elevators, and energy management
systems along with grounds maintenance and snow removal operations.
Grounds
Maintenance/Landscaping: PCSI provides grounds maintenance
and landscaping services to state and federal sites. We provide
supervision, personnel, supplies and equipment necessary to perform
landscaping services. Services included mowing, large tractor mowing,
fertilizing, blowing, edging, trimming, raking, cultivation, pruning,
aeration, leaf removal, herbicide use, kennel maintenance, snow
removal, irrigation/ sprinkler minor repair and manual watering.
Janitorial/Custodial
Services: PCSI provides custodial services to state and
government offices. Our custodial service areas range from 10,000
sq. ft. - 850,000 sq. ft. per site. We provide supervision, personnel,
supplies, and the equipment necessary to perform custodial services
including vacuuming, sweeping, various mopping, carpet shampooing,
stripping and waxing floors, trash removal, window cleaning and
disinfecting restrooms.
Food
Services: PCSI services over 3 million meals to our military
personnel each year. We operate 13 dining halls and employ over
250 individuals. We provide necessary supervision, personnel, supplies
and equipment to perform contingency cook and mess attendant duties
to include the following: cleaning facilities, equipment and utensils,
preparing and replenishing beverages, condiments, pastry/dessert
preparation, busing tables, performing cashier services, handling
foods, supplies and equipment and maintaining quality control. Other
duties include, cooking, serving, replenishing food, grounds policing,
and performing janitorial services.
Data
Entry: PCSI provides the overall, administration, and performance
of PMO crime records and police administration services in support
of Fort Hood, III Mobile Armored Corps, and other tenant organizations
IAW AR 5-9 policies and other applicable publications. We Construct,
edit, review and analyze approximately 10,000 unedited and un-coded
MP and Criminal Investigation Division (CID) reports and supplemental
documents per year. Create, process, track, control, follow-up,
edit and input approximately 6,000 DA Form 4833 (Report of Commander's
Disciplinary Action Taken) per year. This includes the processing
of DA Form 4833's for the Active U S Army, National Guard Reserve,
U S Air Force, Navy, U S Marines, family dependents and civilians.
PCSI inputs over 20,000 Traffic Ticket/Warning citations and registering
and purging approximately 5000 privately owned weapons annually.
Warehouse
Operation: PCSI provides warehouse operation services to
DOA and DOD which includes the largest Class IX warehouse in the
free world. We ship and receive with every major carrier in the
United States. PCSI operates a USDA Warehouse and provides support
to the Army in 18 Supply Support Activity's handling all classes
of supplies. Well over 90 warehouses and storage areas are worked
in and maintained. PCSI provides a variety of warehousing functions
to include issuing, receiving, storing, cataloging, identifying,
and ordering in the United States. Objects can range from a single
letter to a truck motor or even hazardous waste.
Mail
Room Services: PCSI is experienced in mail room services,
which includes handling over 800 pieces of mail per day, with 90%
of that being apiece rated. The service provides daily pick up and
delivery of flats, boxed files, and letter envelopes to the post
office. We also handle any shipments via FedEx, UPS, or other ground/air
carrier.
HVAC
Filter Replacement: Our HVAC Filter Maintenance Service
can help keep your working environment a clean, dust free place
to work. Regular filter replacement can help alleviate expensive
A/C repair bills in the future.
General
Labor Services: PCSI's General Labor Services experience
includes but is not limited to, the issue, inspection, and clearing
of buildings, managed administrative, supplies, and overall support
for soldiers, performed general lawn maintenance, daily checks on
military vehicles, submitted and followed-up the status of work
orders, and moved excess and unserviceable equipment. |
