PCSI has the distinction of performing the very first Facilities Maintenance & Engineering contract ever done under the AbiltyOne Program. In 1997 PCSI started the Air Base Ground Defense Training Center contract at Camp Bullis, TX.

Grounds Maintenance
PCSI provides grounds maintenance and landscaping services to state and federal sites. We provide supervision, personnel, supplies and equipment necessary to perform these services.

Noteworthy Accomplishments:

In September 2005, PCSI was commended by the Orange Travel Information Center for the hard work, willingness and diligent efforts of their custodial workers. PCSI workers supported over 200,000 Hurricane Katrina evacuees by keeping the facility clean 24 hours a day during a continuous five-day period.

  • Preparation of accurate and timely Military Police Reports (MPRs)
  • Creation, editing and processing of military police and criminal investigation reports at a 100% quality control level

Warehouse Operations

Vehicle Operations & Maintenance

PCSI manages, operates, maintains, and repairs vehicles of all types including wheeled tactical vehicles, general and special purpose vehicles, Low Speed Vehicles (LSV), and Other Government Motor Vehicle Conveyances (OGMVC) using the NISH Fleet "Best Practices Model".

Services include:
  • Vehicle analysis for utilization, Taxi and U-Drive-It dispatches, bus routes and usage as well as requests for new vehicles
  • Oil Analysis for all vehicles
  • Manage vehicle control functions and the Registered Equipment Management System (REMS) function for all registered and serial numbered items for vehicles and equipment
  • Transportation for events up to 24 hours a day
  • Maintain automated management records and reports in OLVIMS IAW AFI 24-301

Mail Services
PCSI provides management, personnel, equipment, tools, vehicles and supervision pertaining to shipping and mail room services. PCSI has experience handling large volumes of mail every day, with 90% of that apiece rated.

  • Daily pickup and delivery of flats, boxed files, and letter envelopes to the post office
  • Process and handle shipments via FedEx, UPS, or other ground/air carrier
